‘We have to be continually reminded of what we believe. No belief remains alive in the mind, it must be fed.’ CS Lewis
Why can we only in hindsight see beauty
in ourselves?
Why does the goose-bumping
heart rending
sometimes peace
sometimes overflowing joy
sometimes gentle wave of gratitude
at the beauty of another
face
presence
touch
vision
impact us so readily
immediately
in the other
and not in ourselves?
It is time to realize that this beauty
so immediate
is-
In us as well.
We are part of now
and to look
see in
ourselves is
not
pride or
arrogance
but also this
goose-bumping
gratitude.
<Me; in order of appearance 🙂 >
in love.
